Remembrance Sunday

This Sunday will be remembrance Sunday and Stalybridge will be full of people from all walks of life, and all ages coming together to remember those who gave their lives for us. There is a real sense of community and pride that can be clearly seen and felt when you walk through the town on Sunday morning. Its very humbling. We have created our tribute memorial windows in honour of those who gave their lives and who currently serve – its a great way to raise awareness and hopefully some money for the Royal British Legion. We will be donating at least 10% of sales from our poppy items as usual to the RBL. The shop will be open on Sunday 10am till 3pm but we will close during the remembrance service as we go to pay our respects.
