What is a Magpies Nest subscription box?

It’s a box, filled with carefully selected Magpies Nest goodies. The box will contain a mix of products from our store range including exclusive products only available in subscription boxes. Monthly subscription brings a little present to your door step each month.

 What products will I receive?

Our lips are sealed… each month is a mystery, but that’s all part of the fun! Subscription boxes are themed, bringing a mixture of goodies following that theme. Examples include:

Strong Women – Celebration our feminine fabulousness with a box filled with products from Female entrepreneurs.

Holidays – A box designed to put you in the holiday mood, from holiday scents to holiday essentials.

The Winter warmer – A selection of snuggly goodies to keep you wrapped up and warm for winter months

How does the subscription work?

You choose the period you would like your subscription to run for and the value of the subscription box. You can up or down grade your subscription value as often as you like and even suspend your subscription for a while if you like.

Can I cancel it?

Of course!  We’d be really sad to see you go though 🙁

You will need to cancel your subscription before the 20th of the next month (when payment is taken), or you will be billed and receive your box. You can return your box for a fee, see our Returns & Refunds page for details

Are there any hidden costs?

No of course not, honesty is the best policy! We simply charge the cost of your box plus postage which is £3.50 per box (Tameside area qualifies for free delivery)

When are the boxes deliivered?

We pack and send our boxes out on 25th of each month, if they are any later we will keep you updated through our social media channels.

What if I subscribe mid month?

You will be charged today, we will ship the next working day and you will receive this months box. You will then be charged again on 20th for the following month’s box.


What happens if I have a reaction to something inside the box? We are really sorry if this happens. We take reactions very seriously, though unfortunately they are outside our control and we can’t hold liability. All products have been tried and tested by the manufacturers, we’d recommend you carefully check the ingredients of each product before using it. If in doubt, don’t risk it.

Will I like the contents?

We include a mix to suit all tastes, there will be something in the box we are sure you’ll love. We’d love to hear your feedback tough so please let us know.

Can I buy more of the products that I like?

In most cases, yes. Simply email us with details of which products you would like to purchase and we will let you know if they are available.

We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal. Please be sure to provide the correct billing address your credit card has on file for you as incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

All credit cards and cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your bank or card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses authorisation for payment of your order, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.


“The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order. Payment will be debited and cleared by Sage Pay online payment services or through PayPal, depending on your payment method.


Fear not, all orders are encrypted to ensure safe transmission to us. We use secure server software (SSL) to ensure your information is safe and cannot be read.


You have a right to cancel your order placed with us until the goods have been packaged by us for dispatch. Should you wish to cancel your Magpies Nest order please contact our customer service number on 0161 338 8262 or email us via the Contact Us page immediately.

When an order is gift wrapped please be aware this is a non-refundable service regardless of whether the order is returned or cancelled.
