Every piece of our jewellery is designed to be cherished for years to come. Plated jewellery will tarnish over time, so to ensure your jewellery lives the life it deserves, here are our best care tips and tricks:
- Clean with a dry and soft cloth to maintain shine. We would suggest not to use silver cleaner or silver dip, and try to avoid overcleaning.
- Store your jewellery away individually to keep it scratch and tangle-free.
- Avoid chemicals, such as detergents, bleaches, ammonia, chlorine, perfumes, body creams and hairspray.

UK Orders
Orders using standard delivery options (Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class) will usually be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed (but we always do this as fast as possible). You will receive an email from us letting you know your order has been dispatched and another with tracking details included.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives you will be left a card, with instructions for collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office or how to re-arrange delivery.
Please be aware that at certain times of year there can be seasonal delays to the postal service, these are out of our control unfortunately.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on a Bank Holiday Friday will be dispatched and processed on the first working day after the Bank Holiday.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a Signature.
Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will not be guaranteed to reach you by the next working day. Any next day delivery orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
The below are exceptions that will incur delays to the Next Day Delivery Service, if in any doubt please contact us via our CONTACT page.
