Promotional Voucher Terms and Conditions
Spend £50 -£99.99 in a single transaction between 1st August 2019 and 31st August 2019 and you’ll receive a FREE £5 voucher with your purchase to use on a future purchase between 1st September 2019 and 30th September 2019.
Spend over £100 or more in a single transaction between 1st August 2019 and 31st August 2019 and you’ll receive a FREE £10 voucher with your purchase to spend on a future purchase between 1st September 2019 and 30th September 2019.
You will be given your voucher after you have paid at the till in store. Please remember to redeem your voucher in store within the dates specified!
If you are buying online we will email you your voucher code within 24 hours of you placing and paying for an order on our website. To redeem your voucher code online simply enter your code into the coupon box on the payment page – don’t forget to redeem within the dates specified! Multiple codes may be used per transaction.
Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is valid between 1st August and 31st August 2019 and applies to purchases made in-store, in person, over the telephone or authorised orders on mymagpiesnest.com & www.magpiesnest.co.uk
- Spend £50 – £99.99 (excluding delivery charges) in a single transaction and receive a free £5.00 Magpies Nest voucher or promotional voucher to spend between 1st September and 3oth 2019
- Spend £100 or more (excluding delivery charges) in a single transaction and receive a free £10.00 Magpies Nest voucher or promotional voucher to spend between 1st September and 30th 2019
- If you order home delivery online, you will receive a promotional code instead of a Magpies Nest voucher. This promotional code will be sent to you in an email after your order confirmation has been sent, and can only be redeemed online.
- If you collect your item(s) in-store, you will receive your free voucher in-store when you collect for the item(s) after payment has been received.
- If the transaction is one where the goods are reserved for in-store collection, then the product must be collected before the stated end date to receive the voucher. Goods collected after the end date will not qualify for a voucher.
- Online customers will receive their voucher or promotional voucher code following payment via email. The voucher code you receive will only be transactional on subsequent purchases made online, within the validity dates (as stated above). The voucher code will be transactional within the website and mobile site.
Email vouchers are only transactional via digital channels: online and mobile optimised websites.
- Free vouchers must be redeemed in-store or online by dates stated on them. They cannot be redeemed over the telephone.
- Online promotional voucher codes must be redeemed online by the date stated on them. They cannot be redeemed in-store, or over the telephone.
- This offer is not available with the purchase of Magpies Nest gift vouchers.
- This offer is not available with the purchase of Handmade Items or Pre Loved items sold through Creatives At The Nest.
- This offer is valid when using £10 VIB Vouchers, Gift vouchers, Birthday discount vouchers, VIB product discount vouchers and credit notes.
- Excludes the purchase of gift vouchers using free vouchers as a method of payment.
- Excludes the purchase of pre loved and handmade items from Creatives At The Nest using free vouchers as a method of payment.
- The maximum value of gift vouchers provided on purchases of any spend over £100 per transaction will be £10.
- Free vouchers can only be redeemed against subsequent transactions.
- Free vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or be returned under the 14 day exchange or returns policy.
- If all or some of the product(s) are returned under our returns policy thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to a) less that £50 (in respect of transactions between £50 -£99.99) or b) less than £100 (in respect to transactions over £100 or more) the free voucher must be returned. If the voucher is not returned, the voucher amount will be deducted from the money refunded, or issued on a credit note.
- Free vouchers cannot be sold or transferred.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.
- Design of gift vouchers may vary.
- If a discount is applied to an order i.e a 10% VIB Birthday voucher, staff discount, which takes the order value to less than the qualifying amount for the promotion then no promotional code / voucher will be issued. For example if an order is worth £59.99 but a £10 promotional voucher is issued, the value of the order (excluding delivery charge) equates to £49.99 which is below the required value for a £5 promotional code/gift voucher. However if an order is worth£100.99 and a £10 promotional code/voucher is used taking the value of the order to £99.99 a £5 promotional code/voucher will be issued as its still over the £50 qualifying value.
- If a promotional voucher/code is not received and we are not informed until after the code/voucher has expired, we will not issue a new code/voucher as reasonable time has elapsed to request a replacement.
- If an order is cancelled a replacement code/voucher will not be issued unless we are at fault for the order being cancelled. I.e an item ordered becomes unavailable for delivery through no error on the customers behalf and the order has to be cancelled, we would under these circumstances offer a replacement code/ voucher.
- Promotional codes/ vouchers must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be redeemed afterwards.
- Free vouchers can only be redeemed against items on layaway if the item is paid in full during this promotional period (1st September – 31st September 2019)
- Gift vouchers are only redeemable via the same method as purchase.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- Gift vouchers must be used by 30/09/19
- A voucher code gives you a discount on a single purchase and can only be used once (even if the purchase costs less than the code value)
- Gift vouchers will not be issued on bulk or trade orders.
Social Media Giveaway & General Contest Rules.
- This promotion is open to persons aged 16 or over, excluding employees of Magpies Nest Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.
- To enter, you must “Like” Magpies Nest Ltd Facebook page and “Like” and comment on the competition post.
- The promotion closes on the date and time specified on the competition post. The time is always GMT. (The promotional period) All “Likes” and comments must have taken place before this in order to be entered into the competition.
- The prize that can be won is clearly detailed in the competition post, and can be found on our website magpiesnest.co.uk
- The prize does not include anything other than that specifically mentioned in the competition post and there is no cash alternative.
- Internet access required. Entrants must have a registered Facebook account to enter. No purchase is necessary.
- No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all the entry instructions.
- Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- An independent judge will randomly select one competition winner from the qualifying entries at the end of the promotion period. The decision of the judge is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- After the close of the promotion the winner will be contacted on Facebook via direct message and announced on Magpies Nest Page by 6pm that same day. The prize will be posted within 5 working days of receiving the winner’s details by royal mail second class post to a UK address. A delivery charge will apply to a winner outside of the UK.
- In the event of the prize being damaged during delivery, the prize winner will need to provide Magpies Nest with photos of the damaged parcel, and contact us via email on email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. A replacement item will be sent, once the dispute has been settled with the courier.
- In the event that your prize is not delivered, then the promoter will dispute this with the courier. The promoter will replace the missing prize, once the dispute has been settled with the courier. This can take up to 30 days.
- The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, image and location of the prize winner in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions, and/or prize draws.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing information to the promoter (Magpies Nest Ltd) and not to Facebook.
- The promoter (Magpies Nest Ltd) will not store, use or sell any information relating to the entrant.
- In the event that the promotion is removed from Facebook, by Facebook the promoter (Magpies Nest Ltd) can not be held responsible and will have to terminate the promotion.
- By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
