All change in our windows

This last week we have changed all our window displays, as we move from February into March. We have gone for the obvious Mother’s day theme on our large Melbourne street window, with a St David’s Day theme in our smaller Melbourne Street Window. The window on Armentieres Square is filled with inspirational business women, who have built amazing brands, linking through to International Women day later in March.
I love a good seasonal window, and I always like to research what we are doing when we plan the themes. St David’s day is the feast of St David on the 1st March, marking his death on that day in 589 AD. I was hoping to find some interesting traditions about the celebration, but wasn’t able to find much out – so if you do know of any traditions please let me know when your next in the shop.
