Welcome to Magpies Nest Coffee Lounge

Sometimes small businesses face unexpected changes, and recently we’ve had one of those moments. A key member of our team left us at short notice, which means we weren’t able to run our full menu to the standard you deserve. After a brief pause to regroup, our wonderful team has pulled together so we can reopen the Coffee Lounge — with a slightly simplified offering for now.

What hasn’t changed is the heart of what we do: creating a warm, calming space where you can slow down, take a breath, and enjoy something delicious.

Our Current Menu

While we rebuild our team, we’re focusing on the things we do best:

• Exceptional coffee — including our House Blend from Ueshima Coffee Company, a beautifully balanced cup crafted with Japanese precision. Expect smooth caramel, crunchy granola, and indulgent dark chocolate notes in every sip.
• Speciality teas — a comforting selection for every mood.
• Freshly baked cakes — always tempting, with vegan and gluten‑free options available.
• Light bites — toasted teacakes, crumpets, and warming soups to keep you cosy.

For the moment, our toasties and breakfast sandwiches are unavailable, but this is only temporary. We’re reviewing our menu weekly as we work towards bringing back more of your favorites.

To help our smaller team run smoothly, our hours are currently:

Tuesday – Saturday: 10am – 3pm
Closed: Sundays & Mondays
